Q1.What is the payment term and lead time?
Our payment term is 40%in advance and 60% against the B/L copy or 100%L/C at sight.Delivery time is one month after recieved the prepayment and comfirmed the sample.
Q2.What is the minium order quantity?
For regular bottles, it is 1~2 X40HQ. For unique designed bottles, we can discuss accordingly.
Q3.What if i need samples for test?
We can send you our available samples by freight account collect.For new custom made bottles,you can pay us test mould and samples cost frist, then we will make samples for you within 20days.
Q4.What if quality problem?
We can never guarantee 100% no quality problem,but we guarantee we will be responsible for any quality problem that is caused by us!
